Driven by the high demands of cost efficiency per key, ease of construction and adherence to national brand prototypical designs, Providence has extensive design experience with hotel projects.
From single story to 5 or more stories, from wood to steel to hollow-core plank, Providence has designed hotels for most of the major brands as well as custom designs. Whether the pool is in the footprint or out, whether the first floor walls stack with those above or not, whether there are retaining wall conditions or a flat site, Providence has probably seen it all. We have a team of engineers and CAD operators that truly specialize in hotels and are experienced at working alongside architects and their other design sub-consultants to design and coordinate projects that meet the needs of the client and produce functional, safe facilities.
